# How to Use GhostReady

**GhostReady has 2 main working feature **

- **In-Built Suite**

- **Custom Suite**

## **In-Built Suite - **

- In-built Suites are created at the code level.
- After integration, execution results are displayed in the In-built Suites section of the GhostQA UI.
- Users can view historical results and health charts for these suites.
- In-built Suites on GhostQA are limited to result viewing and build health monitoring.
- In-built Suites do not offer an execution option.
- For executing test cases, users must use the Custom Suite feature.

## **Custom Suite Creation **

- A Custom Suite allows users to create their own test suite by selecting test cases from the integrated code.
- Users can apply custom settings such as Application, Environment, Browsers, and Test Users.
- This feature enables users to execute test cases with personalized configurations.
- Users can select specific test cases to form a suite.
- GhostQA maintains a historical record of executions for Custom Suites.
- GhostQA tracks build health with a dedicated graph for Custom Suites.
- The Custom Suite feature allows multiple users to create their own workspaces.
- Users can manage dedicated projects within these workspaces.
- Within a project, users can add various types of parent suites according to their needs.
- A parent suite comprises multiple test suites, each containing several test cases with user-defined settings.

**How to Use Folder Structure**

- The custom suite folder structure is organized into a clear and concise tree format with various folders and subfolders.
- The first node represents the workspace.
- The second node represents the project.
- The third node represents the parent suite.
- The fourth node represents the suite itself.
- Each node can be named according to the user's preference.
- The structure allows for flexibility in naming based on specific requirements.

- Users can create a Custom Suite by applying previously specified settings.
- Users can select test cases from applications to build a personalized suite for execution.
- GhostQA tracks and displays historical results and build health for Custom Suite executions.
- When adding a Custom Suite, users can configure email recipients to receive notifications after execution.
- Users can choose the mode of execution for the Custom Suite: either Parallel or Sequential.
- If Parallel execution is selected, the user must specify the Batch Size, indicating the number of parallel threads.
